9. Substitutions

Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers, Vogwlixhrax reserves the right to substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value when necessary. We will make every effort to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the original order.

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the cost of materials already purchased.

11. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include replacement or refund at our discretion. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, all claims must be made within this timeframe.
