Freshness Guarantee
All our flowers are guaranteed fresh upon delivery. We select only the highest quality blooms and design arrangements to maximize their lifespan.
Notification Period
Due to the perishable nature of our products, any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to ensure proper assessment and resolution.
Documentation
To process any quality concern, please provide photos of the arrangement upon receipt, which helps us assess and address the issue promptly.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We will work with you to find an appropriate resolution for any valid concerns about our products or services.
Product-Specific Policies
Fresh Floral Arrangements
As fresh flowers are perishable living products, we have specific policies regarding their return and replacement:
- Quality Issues: If you're not satisfied with the quality of flowers upon delivery, contact us within 24 hours with photos documenting the condition.
- Design Variations: As each arrangement is handcrafted, minor variations in design may occur due to seasonal availability. These variations are not considered defects.
- Flower Lifespan: While we select flowers for optimal freshness, we cannot guarantee a specific lifespan beyond 3 days as this depends on environmental conditions.
- Resolution Options: For valid quality concerns, we may offer a replacement arrangement, store credit, or partial/full refund at our discretion.
Permanent Botanical Products
For preserved or artificial floral products:
- Return Period: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only.
- Condition: Products must be in original condition, unused, and with original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Workshops & Classes
Our workshop and class booking policy:
- Cancellations: Full refund with 48+ hours notice; 50% refund with 24-48 hours notice; no refund with less than 24 hours notice.
- Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling available with 24+ hours notice, subject to availability.
- Workshop Materials: Materials provided during workshops cannot be returned.
Custom & Event Orders
For wedding, event, and custom orders:
- Deposits: 50% deposit required to secure date and begin design process; deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations:
- 60+ days before event: 50% refund of any payments beyond deposit
- 30-59 days before event: 25% refund of any payments beyond deposit
- 0-29 days before event: No refund
- Order Changes: Major design changes must be requested at least 14 days before the event and may incur additional fees.
Return Process
If you need to report an issue with your order, please follow these steps:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery for fresh florals or 7 days for non-perishable items. Contact us by phone (+64 9 545 2134) or email (info@vogwlixhrax.world).
Send clear photos showing the issue with the product, along with your order number and delivery date.
Our team will review your concern and respond within 1 business day with an assessment and proposed resolution.
Based on the assessment, we may offer replacement, store credit, or refund. For non-perishable returns, we'll provide return instructions if applicable.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved:
- Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card used for purchase within 3-5 business days.
- Other payment methods will be refunded by store credit or other appropriate means.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we delivered an incorrect item.
